Return & Service Policy

ICE products are not eligible for return or exchange. All products are covered under a manufacturer warranty and are serviced — not returned — in the event of any defect or malfunction.

1. No Return Policy

ICE — Indian Consumer Electronics does not accept product returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering errors, or compatibility concerns. We strongly recommend verifying all product specifications, dimensions, and technical requirements before placing an order or completing a purchase.

This policy applies to all ICE products including Commercial Televisions, Hotel TVs, Digital Standees, and any accessories or bundled components.

2. Why We Service Instead of Return

ICE products are commercial-grade electronics manufactured and quality-checked in India. In the rare event of a defect, the correct resolution is repair or replacement of the faulty component — not a full product return. This approach ensures faster resolution, less disruption to your operations, and a genuinely better outcome than shipping a large commercial display back and forth.

3. Warranty Coverage

All ICE products are covered under a manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions.

4. What Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes panel defects, circuit board failures, port malfunctions, and software issues attributable to manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover: physical damage caused by mishandling or accidents, damage caused by voltage fluctuations beyond specified operating range, unauthorised modifications or repairs carried out by third parties, cosmetic damage including scratches or dents that do not affect functionality, or damage caused by use outside the product's specified operating conditions.

5. How to Raise a Service Request

Please have your purchase invoice, product model, and a description of the issue ready when you contact us. Our service team will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution — on-site visit, carry-in service, or component replacement.

6. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product is found to be non-functional immediately upon delivery and first use, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic or video evidence of the defect. ICE will arrange a priority service inspection. If the unit is confirmed as DOA, ICE will repair or replace the unit at no cost. A DOA claim does not entitle the buyer to a refund or return.

7. Damage in Transit

Products are shipped with commercial-grade packaging. In the event of damage during transit, please document the damage before opening the full packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Transit damage claims must include photographic evidence of the outer packaging and the damaged product. ICE will coordinate with the logistics partner and arrange a resolution.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
