Coordinate structured onboarding for every new joiner, including offer letter issuance, documentation collection, induction scheduling, and first-week workstation/access setup
Maintain accurate, up-to-date attendance and leave registers, and compile monthly payroll input sheets for the founder/accountant review before the 5th of each month
Build and maintain a document repository for employee records, offer letters, appraisal notes, and HR policy drafts, ensuring version control and confidentiality

Execute on-page SEO improvements — keyword mapping, meta titles/descriptions, header tags, internal linking — for at least 4 website/blog pages per month
Perform monthly technical SEO housekeeping (site speed checks, broken link audits, sitemap updates, indexing checks) in coordination with the web/dev resource
Monitor and report organic search performance (rankings, traffic, impressions, CTR) using Google Search Console and Analytics, flagging drops or opportunities weekly
Maintain and execute a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, creating on-brand organic posts using Canva and scheduling tools
