Questions Partners Actually Ask

The things partners ask us most often -- answered plainly, before you need to ask.

Your gross incentive is calculated on the full deal value the client pays. GST on that incentive is deducted before payout, and the exact breakdown -- gross, GST, and your final amount -- is always shown to you in the calculator above before you commit to anything.

Yes, under Section 194H. TDS is 2% if you have shared your PAN, or 20% if you have not, and only applies once your total payouts cross ₹20,000 in a financial year. This is standard for any incentive-based income in India, not specific to ICE.

Your tier (5% to 8%) is confirmed during onboarding based on your business profile and expected order volume. Once set, you can always see your exact tier and margin using the calculator above.

That client stays linked to you. Article IV of our Partnership Constitution is explicit: ICE will never go around a partner to deal with their client directly for a new sale. If this ever happens, it is a violation of our own written commitment to you.

Yes. Many partners do both -- refer deals they do not want to fulfil themselves, and resell the ones they do. Message us on WhatsApp to get set up for both.

On a fixed, announced date every month -- not "sometime after the sale." Article II of our Constitution commits to this in writing. Your Partner Relationship Manager will confirm your exact payout date during onboarding.
